STMDRAGON STM-CNC-1330 ATC Intelligent Labeling & Nesting CNC Workstation

الSTMDRAGON STM-CNC-1330 ATC is an automated CNC nesting and labeling workstation designed for efficient panel processing and high-volume woodworking production. It integrates automatic material handling, labeling, CNC nesting, processing, unloading, and intelligent vertical storage into one production system.

The machine supports large panels up to 1300 × 3050 mm and smaller panels up to 1220 × 2440 مم. Its full-sheet vacuum table is divided into 8 vacuum zones, while the 12-tool linear ATC system allows automatic tool changing for different cutting and processing operations.

The machine is equipped with an Italian HSK 9.6 kW air-cooled spindle running at up to 24,000 rpm, an 11 kW Delta MS300 inverter, 850W Yaskawa servo motors and drivers, Taiwan SHAC guide rails, J&T 2M helical gears, and a Shimpo reducer. CNC processing is controlled by a Syntec 63WA nesting controller, while the robot arm uses a Taiwan LNC controller.

The intelligent vertical storage system can be configured with multiple storage compartments and up to three layers, helping organize different panel sizes while improving material changeover efficiency. The storage capacity can also be expanded by extending the rail system and adding shelving units.
