The STMDRAGON STM-1330A Smart Automatic CNC Beam Saw Machine is designed for precise and efficient straight-line cutting of furniture panels, MDF, particle board, plywood, melamine boards and other sheet materials. Its automated feeding and positioning system makes it suitable for both customized woodworking and continuous production environments.
The machine uses a 15 kW main saw motor, with a 1 kW feed motor, 355 mm main saw blade, 180 mm grooving saw blade and maximum machining thickness of 80 mm. The maximum processing width is 3200 mm, while the adjustable sawing speed is 0–120 m/min.
The CNC feeding system uses a Delta 1 kW servo motor, Taiwan linear guideways, gear-and-rack transmission and automatic positioning with an accuracy of approximately ±0.2 mm. The feeding table includes pneumatic/cylinder clamping and an automatic oiling system for the guide rails.
The machine is equipped with a 45 mm diameter round-bar guide rail, high-precision rack-and-pinion transmission, Taiwan TBI ball screw for the Z axis and major electrical components from Siemens and OMRON. The control system uses a Sanling PLC with a 10.2-inch touchscreen interface.
