TheSTMDRAGON STM-783J 783J Bevel & Straight Integrated Edge Banding Machine is designed to handle both bevel and straight edge banding in a single machine, allowing manufacturers to switch between the two processing modes efficiently. It integrates multiple edge-processing operations including pre-milling, adhesive application, pressing, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, scraping, and buffing.
The machine supports bevel panels from 15–25 mmvestraight panels from 10–60 mm in thickness. Edge thickness is 0.6–1.2 mm for bevel edgingve0.4–3 mm for straight edging. Minimum processing size is 150 × 200 mm, with minimum panel length of 150 mm and minimum panel width of 200 mm.
