TheSTMDRAGON STM-610 Door Wall Cabinet CNC Processing Center is an industrial CNC solution for processing door panels, wardrobe doors, wall panels, and cabinet-related components. It supports multiple operations including hinge-hole processing, mounting notches, drilling, milling, Lamello processing, laminating, and 45° bevel processing.

The machine is equipped with a 5.5 kW Changchuan ISO ATC spindle with an 8-tool magazine, supported by dedicated horizontal and bevel-processing spindles for different production requirements. Its customized control system can work with automatic data collection through a QR code scanner, supporting XML, MPR, and other production data formats.

The horizontal and vertical tool-setting systems help improve setup efficiency and machining precision. The automatic board thickness measurement system adjusts the tooling according to the detected thickness, with supplied accuracy information of less than 0.1 mm.

The machine also supports dual-position cycling for smaller panels and single-position processing for larger panels, helping improve production flexibility.
