Its spindless design, hydraulic blade holding system, and automatic servo-controlled veneer thickness adjustment support stable and continuous production.
The machine features a 1500 mm roller length and can process logs up to 500 mm in diameter. Veneer thickness can be adjusted from 0.5–4 mm, with a peeling speed of 40–80 m/min. The cutting system uses a 2000 × 180 × 16 mm TCT blade.
