TheSTMDRAGON STM-1678 Veneer Composer Machine is an industrial veneer processing system designed for composing, conveying, cutting, stacking, and handling veneer sheets in continuous production environments. It is suitable for veneer thicknesses from 1.2 to 4.0 mm and supports finished sheet sizes of 4×4 ft and 4×8 ft.
The machine is built with a heavy-duty channel steel and steel plate frame and incorporates dedicated driving, lifting, stacking, discharging, and cutting systems. The edging knife drive uses a 2.2 kW YE2-100L1-4 motor, while the front and rear driving systems use INVT servo motors with NEWSTART reduction boxes.
