TheSTMDRAGON STM-2812S 6 Side Drilling Machine is designed for high-efficiency drilling and multi-surface processing of furniture and woodworking panels. Its six-side processing capability allows multiple operations to be completed in a single setup, helping improve positioning accuracy and production efficiency.
The machine uses 2 × 3.5 kW CC main spindles with a maximum spindle speed of 18,000 RPM and ER25 collets. Motion is controlled by an ESTUN absolute value servo system, including ESTUN servo motors and drivers. A Japan Shimpo reducer, Taiwan square rails, and German high-precision helical gear rack provide stable and accurate machine movement.

Processing & Automation
The STM-2812S supports six-surface processing in one setup, helping reduce repeated positioning and improve production consistency. Its double-grip positioning system provides stable panel holding during machining.
The machine can also support continuous barcode/QR code scanning, allowing machining graphics files and NC programs to be automatically retrieved for production workflows.
An optional four-position linear tool magazine can accommodate multiple cutting tools for invisible-part processing and multi-slot machining. Flexible front, rear, or side discharge options are also available for integration with automated loading and unloading systems.
