STMDRAGON STM-ES5 5 Axis CNC Stone Bridge Saw Machine

TheSTMDRAGON STM-ES5 is a 5-axis CNC stone bridge saw designed for professional stone fabrication and precision cutting applications. The machine combines X/Y/Z movement with A-axis 0–90°和C-axis ±360° rotation, allowing the cutting head to perform angled and multi-directional operations.

The machine supports granite, marble, artificial stone, slate, and similar stone materials. Its 450 mm saw blade和11 kW saw motor provide a maximum cutting thickness of 100 毫米. The working travel is 3200 × 2000 × 400 mm, while the worktable measures 3200 × 2000 mm and can tilt from 0–80° with a maximum turning load of 800 kg.

The integrated camera system helps automatically position stone slabs and can assist with cutting-path planning. The 5-axis head can perform straight cutting, 45° miter cutting, circular cutting, square cutting, sector cutting, oval cutting, drilling, and external edge polishing.
