ElSTMDRAGON STM-CNC-1530 EPS is a 4-axis EPS foam CNC engraving machine developed for large-format 3D engraving, foam processing, mold making, and non-metal material applications. Its spindle can swing from -90° to +90°, allowing multi-angle and three-dimensional processing.
The machine provides a 1500 × 3000 mm X/Y working area with 1100 mm Z-axis travel, making it suitable for large EPS foam models, casting patterns, molds, prototypes, sculptures, and similar applications. The working size and Z-axis height can also be customized according to production requirements.

Suitable Materials & Applications:

Tooling:
The standard configuration supports ISO30 tool holders with ER32 collets, including φ4, φ6, 1/8 and 1/2 sizes. The linear automatic tool changer helps reduce manual tool-changing time during multi-tool production.
Optional Equipment:
Rotary device for cylindrical processing, dust collection systems, air compressors and higher-power spindle options such as 12 kW and 14 kW may be available depending on the final configuration.
