TheSTMDRAGON STM-CNC-1530 EPS is a 4-axis EPS foam CNC engraving machine developed for large-format 3D engraving, foam processing, mold making, and non-metal material applications. Its spindle can swing from -90° to +90°, allowing multi-angle and three-dimensional processing.

Suitable Materials & Applications:

Designed mainly for EPS foam, Styrofoam, casting wood molds and other non-metal materials. Typical applications include foam mold making, architectural models, sculptures, prototypes, large 3D models, casting patterns, decorative components and industrial mold production.

Tooling:

The standard configuration supports ISO30 tool holders with ER32 collets, including φ4, φ6, 1/8 and 1/2 sizes. The linear automatic tool changer helps reduce manual tool-changing time during multi-tool production.

Optional Equipment:

Rotary device for cylindrical processing, dust collection systems, air compressors and higher-power spindle options such as 12 kW and 14 kW may be available depending on the final configuration.
