The STMDRAGON STM-8D-XP Panel Saw is a heavy-duty industrial panel cutting machine designed for accurate and efficient processing of wood panels and furniture materials. It combines a large 3200 × 435 mm sliding table, motorized saw adjustment, servo-controlled blade tilting, and an electrical servo rip fence for precise cutting operations.

The machine uses a 5.5 kW main motor with a main saw spindle speed of 3000/4000/5000 rpm, while the 0.75 kW scoring motor operates at 8000 rpm. The main saw supports blade diameters from 250–400 mm, with a standard specification of Ø300 mm. The scoring saw blade diameter is Ø120 mm.

The saw blade can be electrically tilted from 0–45° by servo motor control, providing flexibility for straight and angled panel cutting. With a Ø300 mm main saw blade, the cutting height is approximately 80 mm at 90° and 55 mm at 45°.

For precision material positioning, the STM-8D-XP includes a servo motor rip fence with a maximum cutting width of 1300 mm. Its PC control system can import processing files and automatically optimize layouts, helping improve material utilization and production efficiency.
